HOLBROOK HOUSING
Website terms
Updated November 6, 2026. Rental terms will be provided before you commit to a stay.
Using this website
This site presents the Holbrook Housing rental collection and accepts booking requests. Submitting a request does not establish a tenancy, hold dates, create a confirmed reservation, or accept payment. We will contact you to discuss your request.
Property information
5207 Meadow Oaks Park Dr. in Jackson and 198 Lake Harbor Rd. in Brandon are marked coming soon. Rates, opening dates, amenities, capacity, and minimum stays remain subject to confirmation. The Meadow Oaks exterior progress photo shows the property while renovations are underway. The homepage kitchen image is not identified as belonging to a particular listing; confirm property-specific features with us before committing. No availability guarantee is made by the date selector.
Reservation terms
A stay requires confirmed availability, an itemized quote, a signed rental agreement, the required initial payment, and our written reservation confirmation. Our payment, deposit, cancellation, and move-out terms describe the standard rules for new direct month-to-month stays. This website does not currently process payments. The signed rental agreement will specify whether your stay ends on a fixed date or renews month to month, along with applicable notice and extension requirements. Minimum stay, notice periods, occupancy rules, charges, deposits, and cancellation terms will be provided before commitment.
Business contact
Holbrook Housing is presented as a Holbrook Property Group brand. Business office: 601.391.6671. Your rental agreement will identify the contracting party and its mailing address before you commit to a stay.

Keep codes private and sign out on shared devices. Contact our office to change or withdraw a request; the portal does not currently accept payments or provide self-service cancellation.
