What the application uses
The public site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect booking requests and guest sign-in from spam. The private dashboard uses Cloudflare Access for sign-in. We do not load advertising or optional analytics tools.
Hosting and authentication
Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology for authentication and security, and process technical browser signals for spam prevention. These services are governed by Cloudflare’s privacy practices.
Guest sign-in cookies
My stays uses a temporary verification cookie (__Host-hh_challenge), which expires after 10 minutes and connects a code to the browser that requested it. After successful sign-in, a session cookie (__Host-hh_guest) keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. Signing out invalidates that session and removes its cookie. These cookies support authentication, not advertising.
Your controls
You can manage cookies using your browser settings and clear the request form through the homepage’s Privacy controls. Clearing the form only clears details displayed in your browser; it does not delete submitted requests, stored account records, backups, or provider logs. To request correction or deletion, call 601.391.6671. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent guest sign-in or access to the private dashboard.
If tracking is added later
We do not currently offer optional tracking preferences because advertising and optional analytics are not enabled. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide any required consent and preference controls before enabling those tools.
