The Holbrook Housing Authority is managed under an Agreement with the Quincy Housing Authority.  Its mission is to provide secure, sanitary and affordable housing in the Town of Holbrook. We are committed to providing opportunities for housing to the elderly, handicapped and low-income families in an environment that provides personal dignity and public trust. Our main goal is to continue to provide housing, while improving housing and maintaining high standards of property and fiscal management.
